Such a great experience with them! My gas valve went out, called at like 4 o’clock today. They were super nice and friendly on the phone. They sent someone out in about 30 mins. Super nice guy. I think he even felt bad for my situation and my heater not working. I had originally called the company who installed my furnace, and since it wasn’t under warranty they wouldn’t take care of it. They would only do warranty calls. I think I got lucky though, this company was so much friendlier and caring and took care of me right away
